Existing Conditions Documentation

In order to design the project, it is required that the architect fully document the residence and all exterior elevations to develop the Existing Conditions Base Drawings.  Additionally, the documentation of Existing Conditions will include a site visit for field measuring, photographs, note taking and general observation. At times, a visit by a structural engineer may also be required.
